What if you don't get a job offer?
Our team is committed to achieving a targeted minimum of four job interview invitations within your 12-month service period, providing opportunities for a successful outcome.
If you don't receive a job offer and our interview target isn't achieved then we will refund up to sixty percent of your fee calculated on the following basis:
- no interviews
- 60% refund
- one interview
- 45% refund
- two interviews
- 30% refund
- three interviews
- 15% refund
The fee retained by JobSolve is with respect to the specific benefits provided by the job profiling service, interview training and registration on the talent management database.
The refund policy applies provided that all payments have been made on the due dates.
If you wish to continue with the JobSolve service after the initial 12-month service period we can mutually agree an extension payment to reflect your wishes.
